4. NFT Creation
When creating NFTs on our platform, you agree that:

- Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
- Your content does not contain harmful, offensive, or illegal material
We reserve the right to remove any NFT that violates these Terms or our content policies without prior notice.
5. Marketplace Rules
Buying and Selling
The Service facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers of NFTs. When you list an NFT for sale or place a bid, you are entering into a binding agreement with the counterparty.
Transaction Finality
All transactions on the blockchain are final and irreversible. You acknowledge that once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be undone.
Bidding
By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the NFT at your bid amount if your bid is accepted. Bid amounts are deducted from your wallet balance and held until the auction ends or you are outbid.
6. Fees & Payments
Platform Fees
Global Art Exhibition may charge fees for certain transactions and services. Current fee schedules are available on our platform and may be updated from time to time.
Gas Fees
Blockchain transactions require gas fees, which are paid to network validators. You are responsible for all gas fees associated with your transactions. Gas fees are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
Payments on our platform are made using cryptocurrency (ETH). You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your wallet for any transactions.
7. Intellectual Property
Platform Content
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Global Art Exhibition and protected by intellectual property laws.
User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and mint as NFTs. By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, promote, and facilitate the sale of your NFTs on our platform.
NFT Ownership
Purchasing an NFT grants you ownership of the token on the blockchain, but does not automatically transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights in the underlying content unless explicitly stated by the creator.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Create or sell NFTs containing plagiarized, stolen, or unauthorized content
- Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent activities
- Attempt to circumvent platform fees or security measures
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Use bots or automated tools to manipulate the platform
- Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
- Distribute malware or engage in phishing attempts
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:
- The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
- The value or authenticity of any NFT
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
- The security of blockchain transactions
You use the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from market fluctuations, blockchain failures, or third-party actions.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBAL ART EXHIBITION AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
